In our recent unit on interaction in the community, my Phase 1/2 students completed two different reading comprehension tasks assessed against Criteria B. The first resource that you will find below is a formative reading comprehension about the city of Marseille. The text which it is based on comes from Page 40 of the text book Le Nouveau Taxi 1. This text book or méthode, has a lot of authentic texts which have great visuals, perfect for use with Criteria B. The second resources available for download is a summative reading assessment on La Baule, a town in Brittany. The text is based on comes from Page 134 of the text book , but I also added my own images of the following foods; huîtres, gâteau aux pommes, gâteau au beurre, galette breton et crevettes rose.
